RETURNS OF GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Item(s) purchased online and offline may be returned within 14days for customers within Lagos and Ogun states and 30days for customers from other states upon receipt of item(s) for a full refund on item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. No product(s) will be accepted for returns after 14days for customers within Lagos and Ogun States and 30days for customers from other states upon receipt of item(s). Special order(s) and installed products will not be accepted for return.
ACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
All products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The original packaging must contain all items and parts that originally came with the item(s). Items returned with missing parts will be refused and will not be acceptable for return. Special order can be made by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please Note- Electrical power burnt and Installed item(s) WILL NOT be acceptable for return.
Plumbingvilla must be notified about defective products within 48 hours of receipt by sending a mail to email@example.com and item(s) be returned within 7days of purchase and we will be pleased to replace any defective item after proper investigation has been carried out and it is ascertained that plumbingvilla actually shipped a defective item. Thus, replaced item(s) will ONLY be shipped when defective item(s) have been duly received and inspected by Plumbingvilla. Customer(s) will bear shipping cost for returned item(s), while Plumbingvilla will bear shipping cost for replaced item(s).
If a product has failed under the manufacturer warranty, please contact Plumbingvilla at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can inform the manufacturer. There are different policies for each manufacturer that must be honored to replace the product. Plumbingvilla will inform you on what the manufacturer requests to honor the warranty. Where applicable, Plumbingvilla will replace any product that has failed under the manufacturer warranty. The failed product must be shipped back to Plumbingvilla as soon as possible. Plumbingvilla will charge and ship a replacement to you. However, once we receive the warrantee item, the item will be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection. Whenever Plumbingvilla receives credit from the manufacturer, credit for the price of the replacement will be sent to you. Shipping charges will not be refunded. No claims for labor will be accepted.

Damaged material and shipping discrepancies on transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If you received an incorrect order, please notify Plumbingvilla within 48 hours at email@example.com and ship the wrong item(s) back to us. Upon receipt of the incorrect item(s), Plumbingvilla will ship the correct item and bear the shipping cost. After 48 hours, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and Plumbingvilla will not bear the shipping cost. If you have ordered the wrong product, please notify Plumbingvilla within 48 hours of receipt via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org however, customer(s) will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please refuse delivery of any product that has obvious damage and notify Plumbingvilla immediately.
You may cancel your order(s) for any reason and receive a full refund for prepaid order(s) provided your order has not been shipped. Please contact Plumbingvilla customer service department for inquiries or cancellation on your order(s) by sending a mail to email@example.com. Once an item is shipped, cancellation may not be applied on a prepaid order. Special order(s) may also not be canceled.
Plumbingvilla will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged on transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the products in their original box with sufficient packaging material and ensure it gets to us. Return shipments that requires refund or replacement should ensure due diligent procedures stated above.
